Privacy Policy
Effective November 2, 2026 · Last updated November 2, 2026
This policy explains what information Front Stoop Co. collects through frontstoopco.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Front Stoop Co. is a Harrowgate & Co. company. "We," "us" and "our" mean Harrowgate & Co.
Our site is for businesses. Most people who contact us are business owners or staff asking about our marketing services.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Forms. When you request a free audit or contact us: your name, business name, business website, city and state, email, phone number (optional), what your business does, and any business details you choose to share, such as your crew size, how you find customers now, your monthly marketing spend range and when you'd like to start, plus anything else you write in.
- Email and calls. What you send us when you email, call or text us. With your permission, we record video calls and keep a written transcript so we get your details right. We ask at the start of each call, and you can say no.
- Clients. If you become a client, the contact and billing details in your agreement. Payments are handled by Stripe. We don't see or store full card or bank numbers.
Information collected automatically
Our site uses cookies and similar technology through the tools in Section 3. They record things like:
- pages you visit, how long you stay, and the link or ad that brought you here
- campaign tags in the web address (UTM tags), ad click IDs, the page you landed on and the site that sent you
- your browser, device type and general location (city or region), based on your IP address
Our website host also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses.
Information from public sources
To find businesses that may need our services, we look at public business information: business name, website, public business phone or email, and city. We don't collect personal information beyond what a business publishes.
2. How we use it
- To reply to you and deliver the audit, call or information you asked for
- To follow up with you by email or phone about our services
- To decide how best to follow up. We sort requests automatically using the business details you give. A person on our team reviews every request before the call, and any request before we decline it. We use the result only to decide how we reply.
- To send our monthly email, only if you ask for it. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To text you, only if you agreed to receive texts. Reply STOP to any text to stop them.
- To provide services to clients, send invoices and keep records
- To measure which pages, posts and ads work, and to improve them
- To keep our site and accounts secure and to prevent fraud
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties
3. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information for money.
We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us run our business, under their own privacy terms:
- Netlify (website hosting and our own site forms)
- Microsoft (business email, calendar, appointment booking, video calls, and call recordings and transcripts)
- Stripe (client payments)
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to measure site use)
- Third-party AI tools that help our team draft messages, summaries and reports. They receive only what each task needs: for example, one call's transcript to draft that call's summary, never with anyone else's information.
- Ad platforms, for measurement. Google Analytics collects information about your visit. When you submit a form, we also store the ad click ID from the link you came through (such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid or fbclid) and campaign tags, so we can tell which ad brought you. These companies may collect information about your activity on our site and on other websites over time. Under some state laws, sending information to ad platforms this way can count as "sharing" for advertising. You can limit it with the choices in Section 5.
- Legal reasons. When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
- A business sale. If we sell or merge our business, information may pass to the new owner under this policy.
4. How long we keep it
- Inquiries and audit requests that don't become clients: up to 2 years after our last contact, then deleted.
- Call recordings and transcripts: we delete the recording within 7 days and the transcript within 90 days of the call. The summaries we write are kept like the rest of your inquiry or client records.
- Client records (agreements, invoices, communications): for the length of the agreement plus 3 years, for tax and legal reasons, or longer if the law requires.
- Do-not-contact list: we keep your email or number on it so we don't contact you again.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics keeps event data for 14 months.
Ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
5. Your choices
- See, correct or delete. Ask what information we have about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. We'll reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm it's you.
- Stop contact. Every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out. Reply STOP to any text. Or email us.
- Analytics. Opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
- Ads. Manage how Google uses your data in My Ad Center.
- Cookies. Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without them.
- Do Not Track. Our site doesn't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. You can still use the choices above.
We won't treat you differently for using any of these choices.
6. Security
We protect information with reasonable safeguards, such as multi-factor sign-in on our accounts and limited access. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you as the law requires.
7. Our clients' customers
We do marketing work for clients, such as window cleaning, pressure washing and exterior cleaning businesses. When we build a client's landing page or lead form, the client decides how its customers' information is used, under the client's own privacy notice. That information is kept in the client's own accounts. We use it only to do the client's work and never for anyone else.
8. Children
Our site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
9. Changes
We'll post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll say so on our home page.
