These terms cover frontstoopco.com. The site is run by Harrowgate & Co. Front Stoop Co. is a Harrowgate & Co. company. "We" and "us" mean Harrowgate & Co. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. What our site is for
Our site explains our marketing services and lets businesses ask for a free audit or contact us. It is for business use.
2. Information, samples and data
- Our pages and FAQs are general information. They are not legal, financial or technical advice for your business.
- Pages and items marked "Sample" show the kind of work we deliver. They use a made-up business. They are not a real client's results.
- Industry figures come from the sources we link. They may change after we publish them. Check the source before relying on a number.
3. Free audits, proposals and our guarantee
- A free audit has no cost and no obligation. We may decline a request, for example when a business is outside the markets we serve.
- An audit or proposal is not a contract. We provide paid services only under a signed client agreement.
- Our guarantee, as described on our site, applies only to clients with a signed agreement. Its full terms, including the goal and the conditions, are set out in that agreement.
4. Our content
Our text, page designs, samples and images belong to us or are used under license. You may link to our pages and quote short passages with credit. Don't copy our pages, samples or templates for commercial use without our written permission. Other companies' names and trademarks belong to their owners.
5. What you send us
When you fill out a form or contact us, please give accurate business information. Only send information you have the right to share. We handle it as our Privacy Policy describes.
6. Fair use of the site
Please don't misuse our site. For example, don't:
- send spam or false form submissions
- copy the site with automated tools, beyond normal search engine indexing
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site
- use the site to break the law
7. Other websites
Our site links to other websites, such as photo credits and ad platforms. We don't control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Iowa law governs these terms. Any dispute about our site goes to the state courts in Iowa.

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
